Town events take precedent for Community Center use. 

Public Meeting Room/Community Room details:                       Kitchen Space:          

  • 49x 31  FT          
  • Two Entrances/Exits
  • Adjustable Lighting
  • 80 -Inch Display TV for use                                                          

Kitchen Space: 

  • Cooking is prohibited. Use of warmers onsite is Allowed      

Gazebo Rental


The Gazebo is in Bartlett Park and is open to all Brentwood residents and visitors. Therefore, the “The Gazebo Reservation Application/Permit” reserves only the Gazebo for the applicant’s use. The applicant and guests may, of course, use the area surrounding the Gazebo but the entire park is not part of the reservation.  

The Gazebo Reservation Application/Permit must be made to the Mayor and Town Council if the Gazebo and surrounding area are going to be used for a party and /or special function. The Application/Permit must be submitted to the Town Clerk who verifies the form, log it in, collect the fee, and present it to the Council for approval/disapproval. It is not the Town Clerk who approves/disapproves the Application/Permit. 

A $50 deposit is due at the time of application.

Resident Fee: $25+ Deposit                 Non-Resident Fee $100+ Deposit

Solicitud de reserva de gazebo


El Gazebo se encuentra en Bartlett Park y está abierto a todos los residentes y visitantes de Brentwood. Por lo tanto, la Solicitud/Permiso de Reserva del Gazebo reserva únicamente el Gazebo para uso del solicitante. El solicitante y sus invitados pueden, por supuesto, utilizar la zona que rodea el Gazebo, pero todo el parque no forma parte de la reserva.

El solicitante y sus invitados pueden, por supuesto, utilizar la zona que rodea el Gazebo, pero todo el parque no es parte de la reserva.La Solicitud/Permiso de Reserva del Gazebo debe hacerse a la alcaldesa y al Consejo Municipal si el Gazebo y el área que lo rodea van a ser utilizados para una fiesta y/o función especial. La Solicitud/Permiso debe ser presentada al Secretario Municipal quien verifica el formulario, lo registra, cobra la tarifa y lo presenta al Concejo para su aprobación/desaprobación. No es el Secretario Municipal quien aprueba/desaprueba la Solicitud/Permiso.

Se debe pagar un depósito de 50 dólares en el momento de la solicitud.

Tarifa de residente: $25 + depósiton             Tarifa de las personas no residentes: $100 + depósit
